PEI PNP Pathways

Workforce EOI profiles stay active for 6 months and you can hold only one at a time. The Office of Immigration currently prioritises health care, trades and childcare, and sales and service workers may not receive an invitation. PEI has not published a 2026 nomination total. Check the official PEI draws page for current results.

PEI Express Entry

Express Entry

For candidates who qualify for the federal Express Entry pool. PEI issues one nomination per applicant, so you must choose one stream. Priority goes to applicants currently working in PEI in a matching position, and length of time in the province is considered. Express Entry cannot be used to extend an expiring work permit. Detailed criteria and any fee are on the official PEI Express Entry page.

Work Permit Stream

Business Impact

The only Business Impact route listed on PEI's business forms page. It includes an exploratory visit and a work permit stage. Net worth, investment and fee figures are not reproduced here because they could not be confirmed on the official PEI page. Invitations in this stream have been rare, and secondary sources report none in 2026 draws through August, so do not plan around an invitation in 2026. Check the official PEI draws page for current results.
